At C&L Country Club, Pepperacre provided design, planning, Environment Agency approval and construction of a 9 hole golf course which included greens, tees, irrigation, drainage and landscaping on eight existing flat football pitches.

At the Lambourne Golf Club, Pepperacre provided Environment Agency approval, design and construction for a major upgrade to an existing practice area.

At St Albans, the project was to build an 18 hole championship golf course on a 185 acre greenfield site. Pepperacre provided design, planning, construction and project management.

At Edgwarebury, Pepperacre provided all design, planning, Environment Agency approval, construction and project management for a major upgrade to an existing 9- hole golf course.

At Oastpark, Pepperacre provided Environment Agency approval and construction and project management for a major upgrade to an established 18-hole golf course and driving range.

At Cannons Brook, Pepperacre provided Environment Agency approval, construction and project management for safety improvements to this established private members club.
