Dummer Golf Club

In October 2011, Pepperacre have completed remodelling works to holes 16, 17 and 18 of this established 18-hole golf course. Pepperacre provided all design, planning, Environment Agency approval, construction and management of the project.

Horsham Golf and Fitness Centre

In February 2010, Pepperacre began work on the construction of a new 18-hole golf build to include remodelling of an existing 9-hole golf course. Works include building of greens, tees and bunkers, the installation of drainage and irrigation and implementation of a major planting scheme. The project involves the importation of 500,000m3 of recovered soils and it is anticipated that works will take around three years to complete. When finished the course will be one of the premier courses in the area. Pepperacre provided design, planning, Environment Agency approval, construction and project management. As of November 2011 work continues.

Radlett Park Golf Club

In August 2011, Pepperacre commenced the remodelling of the driving range at Radlett Park Golf Club (formerly Elstree Golf Club). Pepperacre provided design, planning, Environment Agency approval, funding, construction and project management. It is anticipated that the project will be completed in October 2012.
