We are a team of experts who combine our experience in Golf as PGA Pros, Golf Course Architects, Landscape Architects, Planning Consultants, Constructors and Greenkeepers, thus ensuring you get the very best advice in design, planning and execution of the project.

We are used to working with Golfers and Greenkeepers as well as negotiating with Planning Authorities and Committees, the Environment Agency, Highways Departments, Archeologists, Ecologists, Arboriculturalists, Hydrologists as well as neighbouring residents and businesses.

None of our competitors in the golf industry offer such a wealth of in-house professional experience. You can have confidence that we will manage the scheme with the highest level of integrity and would welcome you to talk to others who have used our service, or come and see one of our live projects.

Acquiring planning can be a lengthy and expensive process which we undertake on our clients behalf. We advise on all the necessary requirements and have great experience in handling this delicate task directly with the planning authority.

An agreement can then be established to suit the pocket of our client as we normally expect to pay at least half of these costs.

Once the necessary permissions have been granted, we then negotiate with the hauliers to ensure we achieve the best terms from them. We totally control the site to ensure they act in accordance with all necessary Health and Safety regulations and all other Planning requirements. We also ensure they behave responsibly to minimise any disruption to golfers.

Over the years we have established an exemplary record with the environment agency to ensure our clients have confidence that their project not only achieves the financial targets established, but also delivers a spectacular and effective, permanent solution for the golf course or driving range.
